We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our team and play a crucial role in driving growth by acquiring clients and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Use platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals to find and secure new projects.
- Understand client requirements and communicate effectively to offer tailored IT solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals to maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends and competition in IT sales to identify new business avenues.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B/B2C sales processes.
- Ability to work with Freelancing platforms like Upwork/Freelancer and utilize LinkedIn for lead sourcing.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- A Basic understanding of IT services (web & app development) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Eligibility:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed are welcome.
- Candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or similar roles will be preferred.
- Any graduate/postgraduate (, , BCA, MCA, Btech, MBA).
