Business Development Executive

Description:

We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our business development team as associates. As a business development associate, you will be responsible for calling potential prospects, building relationships with them, and converting them into sales to help drive the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

-Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and preferences

-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication like calls, whatsapp, emails etc.

-Pitch our products and services to prospects and answer any questions they may have

-Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

-Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone

-Proficiency in Hindi & English

-Highly self-motivated and results-driven

-Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google sheets/doc

What we offer:

-Salary structure will be fixed + incentives + bonus

-Fixed salary: 4 LPA (4 Lakhs per annum)

-Incentives as per the targets: 10% to 15% of revenue generated

* Hygiene Standard: 4LPA (fixed + incentive + bonus)

* Average Kpi: 6LPA (fixed + incentive + bonus)

* Shark performer: 10LPA+ (fixed + incentive + bonus)
