Annual Salary Package: INR 1,20,000 to INR 4,20,000 per annum

Job Description:

SuperLabs is seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven

track record in IT resource augmentation sales to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in

driving our growth by identifying and acquiring new business

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in the IT resource augmentation

sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand

their needs.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue

targets.

- Effectively communicate SuperLabs' services and value proposition to

clients.

- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions to

clients.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the

market.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in IT resource augmentation sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
