The Business Developer will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with potential new clients to secure new empanelment and bring in new business opportunities for TalentBliz. This position requires an individual who is passionate about sales, thrives in a competitive environment, and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their talent management needs, and effectively pitching our services to win their business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential target companies that align with TalentBliz's service offerings and have a need for talent management and HR solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.
2. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct effective meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
3. New Empanelment: Work closely with the Business Development team to drive the new empanelment process. Collaborate on contracts, terms, and agreements with potential clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
