Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
(a) Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and internal messaging systems based on the
leads provided by the company.
(b) Follow up on cold and warm leads, providing detailed product information to convert prospects into
sales.
2. Sales Execution:
(a) Understand customer needs and offer suitable products and services from our portfolio.
(b) Present and demonstrate the value of our product and solutions to decision-makers.
(c) Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
(a) Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
(b) Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth post-sale
experience.
(c) Collect feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge:
(a) Stay updated on the latest products and solutions offered by the company.
(b) Continuously improve understanding of industry trends to provide better insights to customers.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
(a) Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and any follow-up actions in the
company’s CRM system.
