Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

CTC: 3 LPA + Incentives

Location - Work from office Bangalore

Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing client

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Develop strategies to meet sales targets and company objectives.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

2+ years of experience

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Proficiency in English

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Graduation/post-graduation in business administration, sales or relevant field

Valid passport

Goal and targeted oriented marketing

Good commutation skills in English, Hindi and Kannada

Bridge between client and team to brief the requirement

Willingness to travel
