Profile - BDE For IT Company.
Role and Responsibility:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the
marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- In house project working
- Lead generation, cold calling, inside marketing (Up work, freelancer, Fiverr etc. bidding
portals)
- Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Managing Company and client expectations.
- Reviewing timeframes and budgets
- Creating sales pitches.
- Executing sales objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a BDA, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and contributing to revenue
growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
