B2B Sales Representative Job Duties for Construction, Real estate, Architecture, Furniture which includes
- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients
-Developing and maintaining relationships with clients or business 2 business organizations to increase future business opportunities
-Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company
-Creating client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members
-Keeping track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes
-Reviewing proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies
-Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations
-Researching market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients

To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged.

Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
