Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients, primarily in the education sector.

Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to prospective customers.

Participate in sales presentations, product demos, and customer meetings.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Marketing Support

Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns to increase product awareness and brand visibility.

Assist in creating marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gathering insights to improve future efforts.

Event Coordination

Assist in coordinating Sonets participation in industry events, exhibitions, and webinars.

Prepare and distribute promotional materials for events and represent Sonet Microsystems to showcase products and services.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Provide feedback to management on product positioning, client demands, and competitive intelligence.

Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to help refine strategies.
