We are supporting numerous BFSI clients and active looking for people who can help us in sales acceleration, contact follow up for appointment setting and business development efforts.
We need support the coordination between the Lead Sales / Account Manager, Managing Partner .
Main tasks:
1. CRM : We use the CRM tool for leads management and tracking of the progress from Lead à Deal cycle. Ideally it would be great if you are familiar with CRM tool, or we can get you up to speed rather quickly. We use CRM tool to coordinate the calendar, send emails and provide progress updates on the leads and their activities.
2. Calendar Management - Confirming participation from accepted calendar invites, making sure there is joining link Team / Zoom. confirming participants and inviting them to the calendar, utilizing tools like teams/ phone calls to follow up to ensure the acceptance.
3. Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer and scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sr Sales Manager.
4. Build relationships with generated lead by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
5. Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Contacting potential prospects through LinkedIn and emails. Presenting the company to potential prospects.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Utilize LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunity
