*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Market Research & Analysis:

• Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the food trading and distribution industry.

• Research and evaluate potential new markets, clients, and business opportunities.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Identify prospective clients, conduct sales meetings, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.

3. Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in the food industry.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that support business growth.

• Identify and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers and distributors.

4. Sales & Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to ensure mutual profitability.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.

5. Operational Coordination:

• Work closely with the logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and timely delivery of goods.

• Monitor the import and distribution processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Requirements:*

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

*Experience:*

• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the food trading or distribution industry.
