Business Development Executive

Job Description

1. Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, web development).

2. Generate leads through research, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.

3. Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.

4. Build and maintain long-term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

5. Prepare customized digital marketing proposals.

6. Pitch strategies that enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue.

7. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

8. Analyze industry and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

9. Work closely with internal teams (SEO, content, PPC, social media) to align client expectations.

10. Provide client insights to tailor marketing strategies.

11. Meet individual and team sales targets for digital marketing services.

12. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue.

13. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.

14. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

15. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

16. Ability to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.

17. Self-motivated and target-driven.

18. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software.
