Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Infrastructure Development: Expand Smilepads distribution and operational network.

Market Analysis: Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential challenges.

Negotiation & Order Closing: Lead negotiations and secure orders effectively.
