Jeatal Construction Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our real estate projects and operations.
This role requires a strategic leader to manage cross-functional teams and drive the company growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:-
Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team across various departments including project management, finance, marketing, and sales.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Project Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, maintaining quality standards and timelines.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Performance Management: Establish KPIs for departments, monitor performance, and implement improvements as necessary.
Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Bachelor's
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 01-03 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
Strong financial understanding and experience in budget management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
