Job Description

Client Consultation

Understand and document client requirements and business goals.

Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and provide updates.

Ensure client satisfaction with proposed solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation

Collaborate to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client needs.

Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration.

Technical Support

Provide ongoing technical support to clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Project Management

Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress and address any deviations.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare detailed documentation (SOW , Proposal, Design documents) for all solutions and projects.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.

Generate regular reports for internal and client review.

Qualifications:

Skilled in capturing client requirements, aligning solutions with business goals, and ensuring satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback loops.

Expertise in developing scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems across manufacturing and industrial domains.

Robust multi-tier technical support framework with prompt issue resolution, a maintained knowledge base, and SLAs to ensure client uptime and productivity.

Certified project managers utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, Jira/MS Project) to ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget control.

Comprehensive and ISO-compliant documentation including SOWs, proposals, and design documents, with structured reporting for full project transparency.
