Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Sharktel Infocom Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales in both the retail and corporate sectors, as well as managing and onboarding partners. Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is required, along with computer knowledge. The candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler license and have access to a two-wheeler. Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the retail and corporate sectors.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our telecommunications solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
Partner Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with dealers, distributors, and other business partners.
Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell our products effectively.
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to improve sales and service quality.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
