Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Silas Locks , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching our products/services to potential clients and closing deals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of tools is a plus.
