Key Responsibilities:
a. Champion our Hospitality Solutions:
1. Drive lead generation and close deals for our cutting-edge hotel channel manager software, empowering hospitality businesses to optimize distribution and boost revenue.
2. Conduct persuasive presentations, demos, and consultations to educate potential clients on the benefits of our software.
3. Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and cultivate enduring partnerships with hotels of varying sizes.
b. Expand our Digital Footprint:
1. Sell domain and hosting services to businesses and individuals, leveraging your in-depth understanding of the digital landscape.
2. Generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
3. Represent Rubiq Solutions at industry events, fostering brand awareness and acquiring new business opportunities.
c. Master Relationship Building:
1. Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and surpassing their expectations.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing success.
3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to devise effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the hospitality sector or software solutions sales.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota expectations.
4. Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
5. Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the importance of establishing an online presence.
