Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Conversion:
Identify potential clients and convert them into customers who utilize Rista Points for accessing loans.
Develop and maintain relationships with local communities to promote the use of Rista Points.
Promoting SHG (Self Help Groups) Loans:
Educate and assist SHG members about the benefits and process of taking loans from Rista Points.
Facilitate the formation and strengthening of SHGs to enhance their creditworthiness.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Analyze the needs of potential customers to tailor financial products accordingly.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Promote Ristas financial products through various marketing channels, including community outreach programs, workshops, and local events.
Customer Support and Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all client documentation is accurately completed and maintained according to company policies.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies for loan processing and client onboarding.
Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving products and services based on customer feedback and market trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or the microfinance sector is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
