Business Development Executive - Job Description

We are presently seeking to onboard a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Business Development Executive who will be an integral part of our team. As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will encompass both strategic and operational aspects of business development.

Responsibilities:

Enhance sales opportunities through comprehensive research and identification of potential accounts. Engage in soliciting new clients, establishing meaningful connections, and furnishing them with technical information and explanations to foster positive relationships.

Initiate contact with potential clients through a diverse range of communication channels, which may involve reaching out via phone, email, or arranging in-person meetings.

Comprehending and identifying customer needs and requirements.

Direct eligible opportunities to the suitable sales executives to advance and finalize the sales process.

Keep a comprehensive database containing all pertinent information about the prospects.

Promptly handle clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions to ensure timely resolution.

Desired Skills:

A diploma/degree is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Having prior experience in sales/marketing or a related field is advantageous.

Possessing knowledge in CRM or a similar tool is a valuable asset.

Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
