Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Identifying New Business Opportunities:

Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and areas for growth.

Engage in competitor analysis to understand market positioning.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Generate new leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and gather leads.

Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Sales and Negotiation:

Present and pitch the companys products or services to potential clients.

Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

Work closely with the sales team to align business development efforts with sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.

Act as a point of contact for existing and potential clients to resolve issues or provide support.

Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships or alliances that can benefit the companys growth.

Collaborate with partners to explore new business ventures or market opportunities.

Market Expansion:

Help in identifying new geographical markets or industries to enter.

Assist in product or service adaptation to suit different market needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales, and performance metrics.

Analyze the effectiveness of different business development strategies.

Skills Requied:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to engage with clients and partners.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and find mutually beneficial agreements.
