Job Designation Business Development Executive/ Inside Sales Representative
Job Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM(US Shift)
Job Location: Bopal Ambli Road -Ahmedabad(On-Site Role)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Job Role:
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients for staffing services for the US market.
Responsible for revenue generation for the company, and new client acquisition.
Coordinate with the senior team to manage risks.
Keep prospective client databases updated.
Make cold calls for new business opportunities.
You need to take part in lead generation activities.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client
questions and follow-up all questions; responding to client request proposals (RFPs).
Keep the database updated in the form of CRM or Excel.
Working with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, and maintaining short
and long-term business development plans.
Skill Set:
2+ years or more of experience in Sales/Business Development to international markets, with a strong preference for expertise in the outsourcing/offshoring service industry.
Should have strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Deadline and goal-oriented person
Should have exposure to the international market or should be open to working in the international domain.
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
Any Bachelors degree is a plus.
Must be an active listener.
