Responsibilities:
Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through online research, industry-specific databases, social media, and other channels.
Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with leads through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and suitability of leads by gathering relevant information and understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and interested in our products/services.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases and records using CRM software or other tools.
Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including key metrics and insights to help refine and improve lead generation strategies.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the [industry/sector] field.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other lead management tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
