Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote company products/services and achieve sales targets.
2. Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and advertising.
3. Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
5. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Manage the sales and marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.
8. Collaborate with other departments, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
Required skills & experience:
Should have exp. in interior products
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of market research, marketing principles, and sales techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
