- - Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Planet Spark, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our consumers to make informed choices about our courses. Your responsibilities include:
Understanding our offerings and assisting students in selecting the right courses.
Engaging with parents who have participated in demo classes for their children.
Ensuring effective follow-up with potential customers and successfully closing sales within defined timelines.
Maintaining meticulous records of interactions through various communication channels, such as email and calls.
Achieving monthly targets and meeting all input metric goals.
- - Hiring Criteria:
Training Period: (Stipend)
Salary Range (CTC): LPA ( LPA fixed + LPA variable)
Skills Required: Excellent Communication
Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Minimum Education: Graduation
Graduation Year: 2018-2024 Passout

Willingness to work 5 days a week.
