Roles & Responsibilities -

Generate new leads and proactively seek out potential clients in the target market.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape

Interact with landlords, building managers, and property owners to negotiate lease agreements and secure suitable spaces for our clients.

Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand professional networks and promote the company's brand.

Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies, processes, and tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the real estate, Hospitality, Turnkey and MICE industry.

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally outside the city as needed.
