Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and driv-ing the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pas-sion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue in existing markets.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakehold-ers, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, and forecast future revenue op-portunities.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking op-portunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
