Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving marketing strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marketing sector.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor and report on market trends and competitive landscape.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on client needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or Any Graduate.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
