We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative (Preferably Male) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting our product, having field sales experience, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate new leads through networking, industry events, and digital marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and software demonstrations to stakeholders, articulating product benefits and addressing client inquiries.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT or software industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
