Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services
Gather information from potential customers and qualify them as leads
Schedule appointments for sales representatives
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
Maintain accurate records of all calls
Meet or exceed daily call quotas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
