Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma, Any Graduate, BBA or MBA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Familiarity with the employment and placement industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and cold calling

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals

Negotiate contract terms and close deals

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and achievements
