Were looking for a Business Development Officer to drive growth at Noronic Pharmaceuticals, a leading pharmaceutical company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients/partners, and promoting our products to boost revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
o Generate leads, establish partnerships, and build client relationships.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
o Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
o Promote company products and collaborate with marketing for product launches.
o Track and report on business development progress and sales performance.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA a plus).
Experience: 6months-1 years in business development or sales within the pharma/healthcare industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking. Familiarity with regulatory standards and CRM tools.
