This role will be based in Chennai and will be focused on new business research and growth, sales generation and maintaining relations with existing clients. Success in the role will require knowledge, connections and the ability to generate leads to improve the bakery business. Your time will be split between being “on the road” on sales calls, working remotely and in the Chennai (Maduravoyal) office.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload.

Salary: Lakhs to Lakhs per annum based on your skills and experience
Ability to commute: You must own a two wheeler for commuting purposes (Fuel reimbursements for official travel will be provided)
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with prospective clients maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze the market to establish competitive advantages and identify new business opportunities
Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved
Undertake sales visits, take orders and monitor supply management.
Responsible for client visit, explanation of products and their application to the customer.
Coordinate with bakery production chefs in a proper manner
Ensure orders are met and delivered on time with top quality.
Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Raise invoices against orders and ensure on-time payment of invoices.
Plan events and promotions to boost sales
Prepare reports as required
Requirements:
1 to 3 years experience in Direct Sales / B2B Sales / Outside or Field Sales (HORECA/Bakery/Food industry background preferred)
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to convincingly engage with internal and external senior-level stakeholders.
Ability to prepare PPT for clients.
Experience in Lead generation and closing new deals
Good English speaking skills
