experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Description: As a Business Development Executive at NAMO AIRWAYS, you will play a pivotal

role in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships within the tour and travel

industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering process and

project solutions, particularly in areas such as customer support, sales, and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tour and travel sector, leveraging your

industry expertise and network to expand our client base.

2) Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and

organizational objectives.

3) Lead end-to-end project management for client engagements, from initial scoping and proposal

development to successful delivery and client satisfaction.

4) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to

ensure seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.

5) Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships and

providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

6) Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and

opportunities for innovation.

7) Represent NAMO AIRWAYS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our

capabilities and value proposition effectively.

8) Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch materials that articulate the

unique value proposition of our services.
