Job Description:

At Motosavvy Service Hub Pvt. Ltd., we are in search of a skilled sales executive to

join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). In this role, youlll be

responsible for promoting and selling our annual car and bike subscription products,

which have become essential offerings for our valued customers. Your primary

duties will involve generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately

closing deals. Were looking for a candidate who can effectively communicate the

value of our products and drive sales growth through compelling presentations and

negotiation skills.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related

field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding sales

principles and strategies.

Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Your ability to articulate ideas

clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial for

engaging potential customers and conveying the benefits of our subscription

products.

Drive to Seek New Business: You should possess a proactive mindset and

a strong desire to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your

enthusiasm and persistence will drive success in expanding our customer

base.

Excellent Telephone Skills: Proficiency in telephone communication is

essential for reaching out to prospects, conducting effective sales calls, and

building rapport with potential clients.

Highly Organized: With multiple tasks and responsibilities to manage, strong

organizational skills are essential for maintaining focus, meeting deadlines,

and maximizing productivity.

Experience: Ideally, youll have 2-3 years of experience in a sales or

business development role, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales

targets and fostering client relationships.
