We are looking for a candidate who can identify and coordinate Recruitment and Training initiatives. The role requires;

Identifying new businesses from Academia and Corporates and marketing the brand.

Collaborating with trainers, potential participants and cross-functional teams

Scheduling training sessions and communicating training details to participants

Monitoring training operations and evaluating training effectiveness

Providing feedback to trainers and participants to ensure continuous improvement

Maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with training requirements

Developing and maintaining training budgets

Managing training logistics, including facilities, equipment, and materials
