Responsibilities:

Explaining the products to the customers over phone and or Google Meet/Zoom

Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers

Carrying ownership for every customer query.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Explore current trends and competitors to identify improvements in the products.

Expanding reach of the Product to newer areas.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Documenting Client interactions and with email feedback.

Participate on behalf of the company in Webinars and other presentations

Effective Communication and Presentation Skills.

Proficiency in Written / Oral English.

Strong analytical, networking and management skills.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

1 to 2 Years of work Experience

Good to have

Knowledge of Stock / Stock Market

Digital Media Marketing skills
