Responsibilities:

• Explaining the products to the customers over phone and or Google Meet/Zoom

• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers

• Carrying ownership for every customer query.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Explore current trends and competitors to identify improvements in the products.

• Expanding reach of the Product to newer areas.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• Documenting Client interactions and with email feedback.

• Participate on behalf of the company in Webinars and other presentations

• Effective Communication and Presentation Skills.

• Proficiency in Written / Oral English.

• Strong analytical, networking and management skills.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• 1 to 2 Years of work Experience

• Knowledge of Stock / Stock Market

• Additional Regional languages
