Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their career aspirations.

Explain the institute's coaching programs (Banking, SSC, Railways, IBPS, Oil India, ONGC, and Computer Training) and how they align with career goals.

Guide them through the enrollment process and close admissions effectively.

Marketing & Outreach:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Megaive Institute's courses through online and offline channels.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions in schools, colleges, and communities to spread awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional events.

Partnership Development:

Establish collaborations with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to generate leads.

Maintain relationships with educational consultants and career guidance counselors to recommend the institute.

Lead Management & Follow-Up:

Maintain a database of prospective students and ensure timely follow-ups.

Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through consistent communication.

Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and unique selling propositions.

Provide insights and feedback to improve course offerings and marketing efforts.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, student enrollments, and marketing activities.

Document feedback from students and parents to enhance the institutes offerings and services.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and alumni to generate referrals.

Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
