Job description for IT Sales

1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

2. Writing business email/ Response follow up.

3. Finding and following new sales leads (Social media or other platform.

4. Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and

managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results

5. Motivating team members to exceed expected company goals

6. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

7. Pitching sale for mobile application, web application, Direct Selling Software Product and SEO projects

and other sales related query which company is providing services.

8. Initiating discussion with new leads via. Email, Calls. Whats App, & other authorized channels.

9. Updating the notes of day to day work in CRM(hub spot) and creating the task for upcoming

projects/work.

10. Requirement gathering, suggesting proper business solution & technical solution.
