We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the IT industry, and a strong understanding of web development and related services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies and pitches accordingly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies and standards.
Keep abreast of market developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT or web development industry.
Strong understanding of web development technologies, digital marketing, and IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
