Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development
Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The BDE will play a crucial role in driving the
company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining
client relationships, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through various channels (online research, Calls,
networking etc.) Maintaining the Data
Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue
forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a
similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel & Should be comfortable with calling.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary: For fresher - 16,000 to 18,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
For experience- 17,000 to 22,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
