Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The officer will work closely with various departments to align business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business needs and objectives.

2. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

3. Client Support:

• Provide clients with product and service information.

• Address and resolve client complaints promptly and effectively.

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in business development or relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

•Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
