Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties for sale or rent.

.Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media.

.Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants.

.Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process by providing relevant information and guidance.

.Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.

.Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.

.Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions using CRM software.

.Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations affecting the real estate industry.

Job Requirements:

.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.

.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

.Basic understanding of real estate laws and regulations.

.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

.Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
