Job Description

Role:

* Business Development Executive: 2-3 Years

* Business Development Manager: 4-6 Years

* Client:

Minimum Criteria:

* Candidate must have experience in IT hardware, networking, software sales.

* Two round of interview, which will be face to face at client location - New Delhi (Okhala phase & Gurgaon)

* Notice Period- Immediate Joiner, Maximum we can consider 7 days

Role Description:

* This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive/Manager located in New Delhi (Okhala phase & Gurgaon)

* The BDE/BDM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

* They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.

* Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota.

* Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.

* Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect

* Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level

* Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.

* Having experience in IT hardware sales - Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Server, Storage etc. will be preferable.

* Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience of 4-6 years in IT sales or said domain.

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Strong listening and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
