KRA for Business Development Executive

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and new business opportunities.

Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all activities in the CRM system.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Targets and Revenue Generation:

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Analyze market data to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are properly completed and stored.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Training and Development:

Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.

Attend relevant training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and insights.
