Roles and Responsibilities
Generating Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
End-to-End Coordination: Manage the entire sales process for assigned online leads.
Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls and emails.
Lead Generation: Play a key role in generating new leads that will develop into long-lasting relationships.
Customer Understanding: Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Relationship Expansion: Continuously propose solutions to meet customer objectives and expand relationships with existing customers.
Timely Delivery: Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
Communication Link: Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in event sales, wedding sales, or exhibition sales.
Customer Solutions: Ability to provide solutions based on customer needs.
Communication Skills: Graduated from a reputable college with excellent communication skills.
Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
High Call Volume: Ability to make 80+ calls per day.
Learning Attitude: A positive attitude with a keen interest in learning and growth.
Client Engagement: Enthusiastic about sales, client interaction, and relationship building.
