• Responsible for overall sales performance of an assigned group of Franchise Centers.
• Prepare & review daily / weekly action plan for the assigned franchise centers
• Tracking activities of Promotions, Sales, and Enrollments across Franchise centers
• Monitoring of progress of enrollments against targets.
• Ensure adherence to sales norms and procedures
• Willingness and ability to market, promote & ensure the maximum results on the team effort.
• Analysis of Sales records and suggestions for changes/revisions in marketing plans.
• Gauging and Implementing the best schemes to promote the training programs and increase market share.
• Coordination with all concerned departments at the office to ensure excellent franchise support and get best results.
• Ensuring target-oriented performance
