Developing and implementing the Business Strategy for achieving the Sales Targets.
Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the Customers (Existing and New) requirements to ensure that their needs are being met & Positive Word of Mouth is spread by Customers.
Working closely with the Business Head to manage key customers (Existing and New), thereby improving turnover and profitability.
Ensuring that reviews are carried out with Customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers.
Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation) which impact the business. Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Business Head.
Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve the Sales Targets.
