Salary: 2 LPA to LPA + Variable (with an attractive incentive structure)
Educational Background:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred
but not mandatory).
2. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships
or relevant projects may be considered for entry-level candidates).
3. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
4. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
6. Self-motivated with leadership potential.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand clients requirements.
2. Stay up-to-date with our graphic design, website development, and digital marketing
services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
3. Prepare comprehensive and tailored proposals, defining the scope of work,
deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
4. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring effective communication of any
changes.
6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into paying clients.
8. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication,
follow-ups, and client meetings.
9. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to nurture leads and move them
through the sales funnel.
