The Role

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development associate and executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

You Will Be Responsible For

Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

0 - 3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
